Guidelines for Keynote, Invited and Oral Presentations

All Presentations will be held in the Victoria Hall A at the Starhotels Majestic.

Lecture Durations (including Q&A)

• Keynote Lectures: 45 minutes;

• Invited Lectures: 30 minutes;

• Oral Lectures: 15 minutes

Speakers should arrive at the designated venue at least 10 minutes prior to their presentation time.

The venue offers an on-site desktop PC and an HDMI port for connecting external laptops. Presenters are recommended to bring suitable adapters.

For using the on-site PC, speakers should either:

• send their presentation file (PPT or PDF) to the Organizing Committee before your presentation date or

• prepare a USB memory stick to transfer the presentation file.

The aspect ratio of the screen is 16:9.

Oral Presentation awards (x2) will be announced at the Closing Ceremony. Absent awardees will be seen as forfeiting the award.

The Organizing Committee will take snapshots of different presentations during the conference, please inform the Organizing Committee if you do not wish to be photographed.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Posters boards with dimensions 1m x 2m (WxH) will be set up Victoria Hall B and C at the Starhotels Majestic.

There is no template nor design requirements.

Poster Boards will be installed at 2pm on 8 March and dismantled at 2 pm on 11 March 2026. Unclaimed posters will be disposed of without further notice.

Staff will be on-site to help with putting up posters during the coffee breaks.

Poster awards (x2) will be announced at the Closing Ceremony. Absent awardees will be seen as forfeiting the award.
